A potentially lovely little serviced accommodation. Superficially tidy but everything a bit tired and grubby. No hairdryer, stale refillable bottles of toiletries, crusty bits around the taps etc. It is so close to being gorgeous; it just needs a bit of love! The noise from the pub over the road was pretty bad but that’s to be expected during graduation weekend. The concierge at the desk was very pleasant and I feel bad giving this review but it is honest.

I would like to leave a comment for the cleaners. Over the past month, the rooms have started to smell very nice — like flowers. I don’t know what scent it is, but it smells so good that I absolutely love it. The room feels much fresher now, and I really like it. Thank you very much to the cleaner who does such a great job. I give 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Well equipped, spacious apartment in a great location. Easy check in/out. Having parking was a bonus. Reasonably priced. Will definetly stay again!

Tired, TV didn’t work, bed stool collapsed , kettle limescale, maintenance didn’t respond to 2 phone calls. I could go on. I think this would have been a nice place 15 years ago. Bed was comfy though.

We stayed here for our anniversary. Let's start with the positives. Great location, good size apartment. However, the room was really hot so we didn't sleep well. The windows are single glazed and has gaps so you could hear everything outside. The shower tray around the trap wasn't the cleanest. The bed was comfy but we wouldn't stay again due to lack of sleep.

Perfect position for the theatre and the town centre. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. However points that would have made our stay just a little bit better. - batteries in the tv remote - door handles so stiff they were extremely difficult to turn, especially the bathroom door. - only one fork - forewarned that the decorators were in. - most of the light bulbs above the bathroom were blown - mirrors set by a plug for hair dryers etc We would stay again.
