Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. No air conditioning so room too hot and due to proximity to road too noisy to keep window open. Plumbing from adjacent room(s) very noisy.

We had the triple room upstairs. It was perfect for our Friday night out in Norwich. Beds were comfortable and en-suite clean with a hot shower. Despite not having a window, the room was cosy and private and the window in the en-suite opened and let in light. Staff were very helpful and sorted out the parking permit that I’d forgotten to reserve (£8) and we were able to park outside without a problem. Would definitely book again. Thank you.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great service and a very good price for the room. The room was warm and clean and the hotel is several minutes walk from the centre of Norwich.

I was particularly taken that on a cold late afternoon someone had gone in and turned the heating on to make the bedroom cosy. Thank you, that was appreciated. Breakfast was of a surprisingly high standard and variety for £10 per head.
