Booked a "deluxe double room" and this is what I got: a tiny room in the loft. The amenities were dated and the sound proof was non-existent. The room was also unbearably hot and there was no way to cool it down. Overall a terrible experience.

Revado is a great budget option for a solo traveller. Although there was no one to greet me on arrival—as the property was unstaffed—I had no problems following the clear instructions provided via the Ring doorbell system to retrieve my keycard from the lockbox. I’m not sure if it’s always unstaffed, but it did lack a bit of the personal touch.
The room itself was very spacious and clean, with a lovely snack tray, which was a thoughtful addition. The bed was comfortable, though it had a memory foam mattress—personally, I prefer a traditional spring mattress.
I’d definitely stay here again, but I slightly prefer the Abbey Guesthouse just down the road for its more personal service. Unfortunately, it wasn’t available on this occasion.

Excellent staff very welcoming room spotless and very big. Really nice shower. Good tea making facilities, plenty of tea and coffee. Room cleaned fresh towels. EXCELLENT

Very pleasant surprise staying here. The room was very clean when we arrived and was kept very clean for our stay. The room was quiet, on the top floor, and we had a good night’s rest each night. There is a velux window in the ceiling which would have benefited from a blackout blind. Bathroom was spotless. Front desk staff very polite and helpful. Location was excellent for us as it was a short walk from the train station and walkable to the city centre. Will definitely stay again.

Good welcome. Room was clean and fresh. Shower was nice, hot and great pressure. Lovely white quality towels. Tea & coffee facilities, T v WiFi all good.

Considering price paid, very good!
Would hate to be involved in a fire there though, top 4 bedrooms might come off badly because the wooden staircase with lethal carpets are not funny!
