Terrible experience. Stay away if you are expecting a host with a good sense of customer service or professionalism. He will take your money and hold on to it regardless of the circumstances, displaying no empathy. There are plenty of more suitable options out there for you.

Great place to stay - very central

This place is literally steps away from the statue of famous neoclassical port Manuel Bocage, Setubal’s native son. It has two apartments in the building #70, both located up one flight of a steep stairway. We were in an apartment L marked with a female head in honor of Luisa Todi, a 18th century soprano extraordinaire, also born here. The decor of the flat is extraordinary. You can see the singer’s image on one of the walls made if tiles of golden yellow and sea blue. A high vaulted ceiling is painted sea blue and walls are golden yellow. Everything is done in these two hues. There are musical instruments decorating the walls as well as engravings of cityscapes of towns Luisa got her success, like London, Paris, Saint Petersburg. A bathroom is another work of art in back and gold complete with golden musical score adorning a glass shower door. Of course, when so much thought and effort is given to the flat’s decor,it is fully equipped with everything a visitor may think of, complete with a beach umbrella. The only minus I can think of talking about this apartment is that it has no dedicated parking. One can park in the square for free after 19:00 or find a public parking within easy walk.
