The location in the city center is very convenient. The hotel's decor and design are beautiful, and the staff are friendly. However, the beds were uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights. On the second night, the staff provided a cleaning service, but they didn't wash the cups we used. Since it was a Saturday, the hotel restaurant was full, but the staff refused to pack food or bring it to our room. In the end, the front desk staff ordered takeout for us (from another restaurant).

El hotel ha superado con creces mis espectativas. Me dieron la han n 9. Preciosa, cómoda , no tengo palabras. La cama súper cómoda, estupenda hubicacion y buen desayuno. Decir que nos indicaron un parking muy cerca del hotel y que pagamos un día 5,20€ y otro 3€. Para repetir

Incrível! Funcionários simpáticos, toalhas de banho e roupa de cama cheiram muito bem. A decoração é fantástica. Gostei muito dos mimos como free drink, chocolates. Voltarei a me hospedar quando surgir uma próxima oportunidade. O pequeno almoço estava muito bom. Somente algo não agradável foi o barulho da água do cano na casa de banho que faz pressão como se tivesse sendo enviada para o esquentador, isto ocorre a cada minuto.
