This place run by three brothers is a true gem. They truly go above and beyond in accommodating their guests. We were especially pleased and grateful by their incredibly sweet attention to our 9-year daughter for whom this trip was her birthday gift. Every morning she had something special served for her at breakfast including jams made by the brothers' mother. What can be better! This review is long overdue. Life took over after we returned home from Italy. But rest assured, Francesco, we have not forgotten you and your brothers and remain grateful. If any of our friends travel to Noto we will insist they stay at Zioli.

Very nice young man, Eduardo, greeted us & showed us around the property. There was a rooftop area that was quite nice. Parking was off site, on street, but free & an easy walk to the B&B. The B&B is located just off the main pedestrian only street in Noto so location is perfect. Breakfast was good too.

Charming guest house run by three brothers, very centrally located in Noto. Nice old building with just a few rooms renovated in a casual trendy style, including a very cool rooftop terrace and bar. Breakfast was exquisite - a wonderful selection of sweet things - homemade cantucci, crusty bread, strawberries, organic yoghurt, homemade jams, fresh orange juice, excellent cappuccino- all superb. The brothers were a delight. Some how they manage to be extremely professional and totally laid back at the same time. They also run a restaurant, where we had lunch and which was fantastic - Naché. If any of my friends ever visit Noto I will be insisting they stay here!

Amazing B&B one of the best I ever stayed. From the moment you arrive the attention is exceptional. This place is a family business run by brothers and all of them are really heart centre. Very friendly make you feel really at home.
The building is beautiful as well as the rooms. Great attention to details and the breakfast is really gummy! All food is home made and again you feel the passion of the owners who want make you feel happy from the very early hours (breakfast)
The location is great just few steps from the main road in Noto where everything is going on but still the place is quiet as is off the main road.
I definitely will highly recommend it.

My stay didn’t really get off to a good start! On my first night there was no hot water or heating. On my second night the heating was sorted but there was again no hot water. This might have been ok during the summer but not in winter. I was given a reduction on the original price. The location of the guest house is good, right off the main street and a fifteen minute walk from the station. Breakfast was not huge but adequate and freshly prepared. The owners were friendly and helpful. This was the most expensive accommodation on my stay and if I came again I’d come when cocktails are served on the roof terrace. Just one suggestion, don’t come in February as the town is dead! I couldn’t find one restaurant that was open. Crazy, crazy, crazy! I’d certainly recommend Zioli if everything was working properly!

It is quite unique - very recommended. A cool, comfortable place to stay run by the three brothers. The room was actually bigger and better than one we paid four times more for in Taormina - and a nicer experience. The highlight for us was sundowner cocktails on the roof terrace and the family restaurant Nache just down the road.

Beautiful, stylish room with a private terrace. Wonderful location and not far to walk from the train station. Delicious breakfast including local fruits, homemade baked goods, and great expresso. The three brothers who own this lovely property are so charming and delightful. The rooftop terrace with its comfy chairs is pure magic.
