The hotel is of a high standard in all areas. The location is perfect as it is has fabulous views over the Sicilian countryside. Staff were attentive, professional and charming. Our dinner and breakfast were good and what you would expect from a Spa hotel. The hotel was closing the following 24 hours for a photo shoot and was being prepared during our stay. The staff made sure this did not impact our enjoyment. Would stay again and recommend

Amazing property and service. Sort of in the middle of nowhere so you definitely need a car, but so worth it. Restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast was the best we had in all Europe. Pro tip, buy their olive oil made on site. It’s amazing and such a good price.

We recently returned from Sicily. During our trip, we stayed 3 nights at Masseria Della Volpe which is located about 12 miles outside of Noto. We had such a delightful time there. We opted for a Superior Vista room which is on the upper floor. It afforded us a stunning view of the surrounding property. The pool area is beautiful and roomy and is surrounded by perfectly landscaped grounds. The food at their restaurant was delicious. During our stay, we found the entire staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. On the one unplanned day that we had, they suggested and arranged our reservations at a local beach club. Beach towels and a bag was supplied before leaving. My only other comment, and this is not meant to be negative, is that the property is quite remote and a car is absolutely needed. We do not like to drive far at night and there are no other local restaurants around. That being said-- we thoroughly enjoyed eating our meals at Codarossa, their beautiful restaurant. Lastly-- the spa offers an abundant choice of services. Both my wife and I had massages which we would rank as among the very best that we have had. Sebastiano was incredible. We hope to return to southern Sicily and when so do- we will certainly be staying here at Masseria.

Great location - Noto (25m), Ragusa and Syracuse (1hr). Pool and grounds fabulous - plenty of loungers and places to sit. Rooms small and windowless. Some staff excellent and some not very helpful. We stayed 6 nights and got bored with the same breakfast after a few days. The restaurant could do with being more informal and simpler food - the fish I had had to be sent back but they still tried to charge us for it!

This is a beautiful hotel in a very tranquil setting. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I agree with other reviewers that you definitely need a car when staying here. It is very remote and there are no alternative places to visit in walking distance. As a foodie I was left disappointed with the food. Reading previous reviews I was expecting great food but I would describe it as average. Breakfast was the best meal of the day but it was the same every day with no variety. Lunch and dinner was style over substance. Food looked pretty but was mostly under seasoned and lacking balance. Plus it was all very rich, a limited menu with no change, and didn’t offer much in the way of local fresh produce. I left longing for vegetables and salads. It was nice enough but not great.

I did a lot of research in hotels in this region and stumbled across Masseria Della Volpe on TA. We had come from the Belmond hotels in Taormina so had high hopes. This place is amazing and so well done. It could very easily be a 5 star if it wanted to be but seems to work on a 4 star level and the prices reflect this. I would have liked to have seen more service around the pool One coffee cup was left all day by our sun lounger. Bar drinks menu and 'call to' buttons would be good and profitable in return I'm sure. The breakfast and BBQ were all great and the sax player went down very well by all guests on the Thursday evening BBQ night. The spa is great and my wife's massage was 'one of the best she has had'. We will 100% return. (Please find the two dogs in the grounds and give them a good fuss from us! They are lovely girls).

I cannot recommend this beautiful luxury resort enough! Literally telling all of my friends about the best in class service and how amazing all of the amenities are! From the incredibly clean facilities, gorgeous local decor, to the finger licking delicious food at the resort restaurant, Coda Rossa, and the relaxing pool- I was in complete awe throughout my stay. This resort will be my go-to spot anytime I’m in Sicily!
