Such an amazing stay at st Mary’s quarter everything done such a high standard faultless

Room nice but mattress in a suite probably worthy of being in a hostel. Suite had a bath but provide nothing to put in it apart from shower gel. Average stay. Not worth the money would be if they invested in a decent mattress though.

Stayed for one night to attend a concert at the nearby arena. Location is opposite a church on a cobbled street at the heart of the old town. Excellent access to the arena (5-10mins walk), incredible range of places to eat and drink. We visited an exceptional tapas restaurant just along the street. The accommodation was incredibly secure, clean, quiet and stylish with modern furnishings and fully equipped. The bed was large, and comfortable with high quality duvet and pillows providing a luxurious experience. Certainly good value for money - we’ll definitely return when next visiting the city.

Me and my partner recently stayed in the Honywood Suite. By far the best room we have stayed in within Nottingham city centre. The private roof terrace was perfect in the warm weather too. Check-in was very easy and host was contactable via WhatsApp. Great Lace Market location with a nice variety of bars and restaurants just yards away from the entrance. Definitely the suite to book if you're looking to impress. Oh and the TV is huge if that matters.

I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room. Room was nice but for the price as advertised it cannot compete with a Premier Inn which has a receptionist and breakfast included. Remote receptionist was helpful despite the process; though would be more well served on site

I wish they had let me know when I booked that there is no reception and checking in is virtual. I only found out when I arrived at the hotel. We stood outside for well over 30 min trying to enter details on the app that kept erroring. I called, but it went to voicemail- still haven’t got a call back. It’s a pity as the rooms are pretty. Also to note for those that are light sensitive there are very bright street lights and only shutters on the windows.

Incredible location, very helpful team. Accommodation is beautiful, new and clean. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to stay with you again.

No car park but up the hill opposite is a multistorey We payed £18 for around 20hrs
