Great location. Staff are nice, especially the ladies at breakfeast and cleaning. Breakfeast could have more diversity, especially in terms of cheese abd breads. There is no fridge in the room. And the double bed is actually 2 single beds, which is very uncomfortable and dissapointing. Overall decent place.

The cover photo and the actual hotel are completely different; it's a classic bait-and-switch. The entrance is hidden and hard to find. The hotel design is gloomy, and the room lighting is dim. The bright white incandescent bulb in the bathroom is even brighter than the room lights, making for a very uncomfortable stay and poor sleep. The breakfast is extremely basic with very limited options. The front desk staff also have a bad attitude. I'm blacklisting this place forever.

Great hotel, newly renovated and nice and functional rooms. Clean, good breakfast (for England) and overall friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nottingham. Easy to go around the city by walking or public transport.

We stayed here on 20–21 June and overall had a very good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety. The room was clean and comfortable as well. The only small issue was that it could be a bit noisy at night since the hotel is close to the street. Other than that, everything was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.
