Travelodge Nottingham Riverside Hotel

The hotel is good, not the best location but easy access, however the housekeeping forgot to put toiletries in the toilet, bed very comfortable.

Good stay near enough to where i want to be.

We wanted 2 inexpensive rooms for one night in Nottingham. We read there were works and were assured they took place at reasonable times. On arrival we found out that rooms were freshly painted and there was a lingering paint smell. Our rooms were located on the 2nd floor. They looked clean, fresh and spacious. The windows were open and the use of the provided fan helped with the smell of paint. There's a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. The shower is over a low bath and there are good handrails. We kept the windows open throughout our stay and it was pretty quiet. I did feel some sharpish little bumps under the sheet during the night. Exploration in the morning found around a dozen curved small pieces of plastic on top of the mattress protector. A member of staff had come to the room first thing saying we were the first to use it and she was going to check it for snags after we left. I don't like Travelodges 30 minutes of free WiFi, everywhere else it's We liked the proximity of the nearby restaurant where evening meals and breakfast are served.

After staying here and having a medical emergency within the room the hotel reception were absolutely amazing, Helen went above and beyond to help us from helping with calling the ambulance and having the call back from 999 for more info - she was so professional and compassionate, this lady went above and beyond to help us in such a difficult time and I would like to thank her so much and say that she is a credit to your team - you Helen are amazing and thank you once again xx

This was our second stay in this hotel. Both times the hotel was clean and comfortable, and although the weather was hot, the fan in our room helped us to sleep at night. Due to the heat we left our windows open at night, so there was some noise, but earplugs helped with this. The free parking is a bonus. Natasha and Claire on reception were both friendly and helpful.

Excellent room with walk in shower No climbing into bath etc. Pleasant view from room at the front of lodge. Looking towards Nottingham centre. Farmhouse inn next door for meals

This is a gem of a hotel to stay in particularly if you want to be close to cricket or football at Trent Bridge or Nottingham Forest. Free parking is also a big bonus. The staff are great, notably Charlie on reception and Sam and Sue. Highly recommended and good value for money

First and last time we will use a travel lodge. Stained bedding, chipped mug, dusty, rubbish shower.

The customer service was really helpful and made my stay feel really welcome! Thank you and hopefully will stay again soon
