Premier Inn Nottingham City Centre (Chapel Bar) Hotel

Great service and wonderful rooms. Breakfast was good. The only issue is that although the location is very central, it makes pickup and drop off by car very difficult. If you have mobility issues or lots of luggage, I don’t recommend it.

The location in the city center and everything made me easy to go. The inexpensive price but good quality of the room, make me so surprising. I'm strongly recommend to stay this hotel.

It is a nice and convenient hotel to explore Nottingham. Although I only stay one night but I will likely return if my family stays another round in Nottingham. By the way, the restraunt (Bar+block steakhouse) next to this hotel offers a superior British full breakfast ! My family loved it.

The entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.

Stayed here for my daughter’s graduation, place was busy with other families but the receptionist Safia was really friendly despite the rush and answered all our questions. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is located in the city centre so quite close to everything. Would recommend

Good location, friendly staff but room for improvement. Carpet in corridor covered in bits and needed a good vacuum. Bathrooms looking a little bit tired .
