O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo. A localização é boa mas fica a cerca de 01 km do centro. Mas em frente a uma execelente cervejaria, ótimo pra quem quer beber . O café da manhã no primeiro dia foi execelente ,mas como saímos na segunda e tinham poucas pessoas no hotel, o dia seguinte foi o que sobrou do domingo…mas ok. A limpeza dos quartos é boa.

Foi uma boa estadia.
Sugiro alinhamento de informações entre ********** e o Rothenburg, pois recebemos do site a informação do check in as 14h, mas no hotel a informação é do check in as 15h.
Havíamos descarregado todas as bagagens e tivemos que colocar de volta, ir até a cidade, para aguardar o horário do quarto ficar pronto.

A reserva não foi realizada conforme solicitado. No check-in, acabaram resolvendo. No café da manhã não tinha queijo Quark, o qual meu pai adora. A justificativa foi que o fornecedor não entregou. Nos agradam is com a limpeza das acomodações e acessibilidade.
