Came to Bosnia and with little notice booked this place. Pleasantly surprised by how warm, well presented and inviting the rooms were. To exemplify, my baggage and that of my wife’s (along with my passport) was lost at the prior flight and didn’t make it into sarajevo. The hotel did all the liaising with the airport and treated us like friends noting “all will be okay”. Next day, the bags and passport were delivered to the hotel. Legends. Also, the staff dropped my wife and I to the train station free of charge on our way out. I highly recommend them and the hotel.
