В этом отеле останавливалась моя мама и порекомендовала "Домину" для нашей короткой совместной поездки. К сожалению, и я не оценила, и она была неприятно удивлена. Сервис не на уровне 4 звёзд. Во-первых, когда мы приехали, выяснилось, что номер ещё не убран. Хотя заезд начинается с 14:00, а мы приехали в 15:30. Нас попросили подождать в холле 10 минут и обещали принести ключи-карты. Это было странно и неприятно, но мы согласились на 10 минут - это было максимально возможное ожидание, потому что у нас был запланирован театр. Мы просидели минут 20, и только после возмущений ключи тут же обнаружились как по волшебству. Сам номер чистый и опрятный - тут претензий нет. Уже поздно вечером хотела позвонить на ресепшен, чтобы узнать про ортопедическую подушку - не смогла дозвониться. Звонила горничным - то же самое. Завтрак относительно хороший, но хуже чем 2 или 3 года назад. Очень смешанное чувство после посещения "Домины". Отель хороший, расположение рядом с любимыми ресторанами, но обслуживание не дотягивает.

All is well! Conveniently located. Good breakfast. The room has everything you need except toothbrushes. The beds are comfortable, maybe a bit too soft. In general, a pleasant place. Was on a business trip, stayed one night. Saved the address for the future.
