"I stayed in a wonderful, clean room for one night. It was quiet and cozy, and despite the barking dogs and crowing roosters, I slept well. The bathroom and shower were in excellent condition. In the morning, breakfast was offered: eggs, toast, fruit, and tea/coffee. The hosts were hospitable, and even though I arrived at night and initially couldn't get in (I had to knock for a long time), it didn't change my impression."

"This hotel is in the center of Nuku’alofa, Tongatapu, it has character, breakfast was good and the rooms are big. The reception was available 24/7. However they never cleaned the room in the three days we spent. On the third day I had to ask the staff to give us clean towels because they didn’t change them. This also happened in the island of Vava’u where we previously spent five nights in a guesthouse and they never cleaned or changed our towels during our stay, saying the cleaner was sick… for five days! We were told by some Tongan workers in a gift shop that in Tonga hotel rooms are not cleaned and that the staff would make up something to apologise. We found this disappointing since we had previously stayed in Vanuatu, Fiji and Samoa and never had this issue."
