Set I. A perfect location for us as it is 200 yards from the station but only a five minute walk into town. The mini E we arrived to the minute we left the staff could not do enough for us, the manager led by example but I must mention Celline who went above and beyond. Spotlessly clean the rooms were big and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and would certainly come back and this hotel would be my first choice

We only booked this hotel as we were away on business and attending Biofach at the exhibition centre nearby. Of course prices went through the roof as an exhibition was on, my company £364 for a basic twin room per night / for 3 nights - over £1000 in total! When I arrived, yes the room was clean but I was suprised at how basic it was for the price, plus the fact it looked nothing like the pictures on trip advisor. I also looked on booking.com to see there was rooms available for that night for less than half of what we paid. I went down to reception and asked if there was any other rooms available as I felt our room was very poor quality for the price, and we overpaid compared to the current price for available rooms. I’ve never seen someone at reception seem to offended at such a standard question. She asked me ‘what my point was’, and insisted there were no rooms available except those that hadn’t been renovated. Answering my question if an available better room was available seemed impossible and she said I should speak to the manager the next day. However there was a very helpful woman who checked me in. Before I even got round to speaking to a manager the next day we decided to go the gym. Of course the gym isn’t signposted anywhere in the hotel, why would a key facility be? I asked the woman at the desk (who was on her mobile phone) where it was and she pointed ahead of her and said the door on the left after the glass door. There were 3 doors, of course none said gym on and they all looked the same. I picked one and ended up in the stock room. I went back and asked her to confirm again but she just pointed again as it must have been too much effort to walk round from the desk and show me. Of course I eventually found it, no air con, music or lights but not suprised. When we first arrived the lady at reception recommended booking for the restaurant as it gets busy, we didn’t book that night and we were asked by the waiter if we had a reservation but luckily there was space. We decided the next day to request a booking to which the response was ‘you don’t need to book there’s lots of rooms’, to which I confirmed what the waiter had said and so she reluctantly wrote my room number down on a piece of paper. I never even complain, especially when away on business, but only 1 night in I felt I needed to The plus side is the food is good, and the location is 10 minutes from the exhibition, shame it was taken over from the Hilton and the customer service is beyond poor.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to charge our ice packs in their kitchen's freezer. Amenities: Unfortunately one set of towels was missing in the double room. Very strict anti-smoking policy (top!) for which you sign a document for approval when you check in. In case of violation €250 (Euro) fine. Another downside is that €8 parking costs were charged.

We were so lucky as our family of 6 got upgraded to an apartment at this wonderful hostel. Everything was new, immaculately clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it was so wonderful to have a bar and lounge downstairs as well where we could hang out at the end of the day. The staff were super nice, and the hostel is in a perfect location just a 10 or 15 minute walk from the beautiful town centre. I would highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely do again. It only recently opened and so everything is spotless. Only downside is that the food onsite is very limited and due to understaffing when I visited, it took over an hour to get a pizza heated up. Good news is that it is very close to a supermarket so easy to stock up.

Hotel centrale ,comodo e bello.Camere spaziose e pulite.Una grossa pecca però,le stanze con vista sulla strada principale soprattutto durante il weekend,hanno il disagio del chiasso per strada di ragazzi.Urla ,risate davvero fastidiose. Discreta la colazione ma fastidiosa la presenza assillante dei camerieri che non ti danno il tempo di fare colazione in assoluto relax che già ti tolgono il piatto.Davvero snervante

The rooms are small, but very comfortable and tidy. The bedding is comfortable. The parking lot is across the road. The charge is very close to the center of Wucheng. It is very convenient, just in time for the Christmas market and the train station is just across the road from the hotel.

This hotel was my favorite during our trip around Germany. Quick and helpful check in on arrival. I loved the energy saving features related to the lighting on the property and heated floors in the bathrooms. Great shower! Location was perfect for shopping and exploring the old city. Convenient breakfast locations nearby as well. Will recommend to my friends.
