The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Christmas markets and the train stations. The room was clean and well-kept. However, there’s no elevator, and the stairs are very steep, which could be challenging for guests with luggage or mobility issues

No elevator access in this building - not as issue for me but just flagging. The room was ckean snd nice but there was no heater. Which made it a little cold during winter

The room was great. The location second to none. We were on the 4th floor and someone ran our bags up to the room. So great!

Great Location, but read amenities carefully Great Location but they don‘t have Staff from 3-12. so, you‘ll have to Store luggage at the Train Station if you arrive before that orafter you leave in the morning. Also, no ac or elevators May impact the comfort of your stay. 5 flights of stairs with a suitcase can be a challenge on a hot day.

Classic German Hotel, restaurant and bar Top 5 stars all the way around. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Bar and restaurant are classic German. Location cannot be beat either. The staff were great as well. Highly recommend.
