Great place to stay for the week! The place was easy to find, perfectly clean and nice amenities, and I didn’t have any problems getting in. If you don’t need a front desk, this is a lovely option!

It was not clear at all on how to check in. Nobody is there to assist, everything is done digitally. Hotel was fine for one or two nights.

It is very good accommodation but self check in is a new things. Trip .com as platform should educate and give more instruction to the traveler.

This room is on the top floor, so it's expected to be very hot in the summer. It's a long rectangle, and the kitchen counter is so small that there's no place to put dishes; they have to be placed on the induction cooker. There's a large balcony, but the bathroom is the worst part. Since there's no sewer, water flows into the room. The sheets are a bit worn and fuzzy.

The house is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the kitchen utensils, cups and saucers you need, and even seasonings. The interior design is also very stylish, and the room itself is very nice. The floor looked clean, but it was actually full of dust. I walked barefoot at first, but I didn't put on my slippers until I found that the soles of my feet were completely dusty. The coffee machine was also filled with dust and I was afraid to use it at all. The location is good, close to the train station and within walking distance to attractions. There is an iron gate at the gate that requires a code to open the door, but there is no instruction on how to open it from the inside. I tried many methods for the first time and pressed it randomly. Finally, I found that there is a rope that needs to be pulled down to open the iron gate. If there is more Clear guidance would be better. The service is really average, because they require self-check-in. I have already read the message when booking, so I took the initiative to contact them after booking, hoping to learn how to self-check-in in advance. However, after many times of contact through the platform, they still refused to inform me and only said that they would be notified 24 hours in advance. Even 24 hours ago, I still didn't receive it, so I had to proactively contact the booking platform. I took screenshots of the search results in the email to prove that I had not received any emails. Finally, I obtained the other party's email address through the platform and proactively Send an email. In the end, I didn't actually receive a self-check-in method. I found it through their website and then checked in myself. I think they can inform the check-in process in advance to reduce guests' concerns.

I was told to show my trip.com reservation form to the front desk, but in reality the front desk was unmanned and I had to contact the hotel in advance to get a common 4-digit number for the gate, entrance, and room, and then unlock each area before I could enter. The hotel phone also connects after being selected by AI, so if you can't speak English it's difficult. Other than that it's very convenient and only 50m from the station. The rooms are clean.

I'm not sure if it's the hotel's problem or Trip.com's problem (I made a reservation through Trip.com, so I think Trip.com's responsibility is greater). This hotel does not have a reception. There was no notice about this, so I just went with my luggage and had a hard time. I checked out of another hotel and wanted to leave my luggage here and go to work, but I couldn't leave my luggage there, so I left it in the locker at the train station. They should have sent me an email regarding check-in in advance, but it was a bit annoying to go and check-in online on the same day. It's raining and there's nowhere to hide from the rain... And the only entrance is the parking lot entrance. The door is blocked in the morning and evening. I was very confused at first, but you can enter the password on the door near the bar and deposit money. Inside...there was a string on the side, so I pulled it just in case and it opened. lol The interior was spacious and clean as it was a newly built building. I am completely satisfied with this part. If I had received information about the accommodation and self-check-in in advance, I would not have experienced this inconvenience. I hope Trip.com pays attention to this.
