Good hotel. Clean and good services. With good staff. Recommended

Not a bad hotel by any means but could be improved in a number of ways. Breakfast was unfortunately appalling. We stayed only 1 night and the price was very reasonable. As soon as we got there me and my wife booked in for a massage, my masseuse was spot on but my wife unfortunately was not happy with her masseuse as she did not do the massage properly. The only other issue was when we checked out in the morning the front desk asked me to pay the room fee which I told her I booked and paid through Trip.com which they could not find on their system so after showing her my booking confirmation and E-receipt she had no other choice but to take my word for it but you would think a 5-star hotel would be on top of things like this instead of shamelessly asking customers to pay for a room they've already pre-paid for. Otherwise happy so to say with our 1 night stay.

Very nice place to stay

The location is seriously disastrous, the nearest market is a 1 hour drive, 32 minutes from the center, there is no beach, you can never go there without a car, and there is not even an area to walk and visit, it is really nice in terms of facilities and cleanliness.

Although it was a very nice hotel, the facilities and cleanliness were really superb..

Everything great

We couldn't use the outdoor pool facilities in this place where we came to rest because there was a wedding, and as if that wasn't enough, we couldn't sleep because of the wedding music until midnight. While the website stated that breakfast per person is 2.39€ at the reception, they charged us 16€ per person when we entered the hotel. We came to the hotel because the aqua park was an outdoor pool, and we benefited from the sweltering 33-degree heat of the indoor pool. I definitely do not recommend

Very close to the beach, you can drive directly to the Marmara Sea. The beach is a very small town, but the road is not easy to walk. The hotel is very good and the price/performance ratio is good

Ailecek kasım ayında haftasonu tatili için Ramada otele gittik,cumartesi günü havuz kapalıydı,temizlenecek dediler,pazar günü açılacağını söylediler.Pazar günü de bir değişiklik olmadı,ne bir temizlik ne de bakım oldu 2 gün boyunca.Çocuklarımla havuzdan faydalanırız diye Ramada yı tercih etmiştik ama imkanlarından faydalanamadan otelden ayrılmak zorunda kaldık.

前台服務很有耐心，小哥帥氣，從伊斯坦堡自駕過來，需要掉頭，附近沒有什麼餐廳便利店，是自駕前往希臘口岸，中途值得入住的性價比酒店。
