The worst service I have ever encountered in more than 70 hotels in more than 20 countries. I booked a hotel on Ctrip, but the front desk said that Ctrip didn’t give them the money, and asked me to communicate with Ctrip about the money. This was the first time I had to communicate with Ctrip about the money issue. One hour later, Ctrip had handled it, but then they said that my order didn’t include breakfast, even though the room rate included breakfast. I had to pay another $33.5, and I had to pay immediately. They couldn’t even swipe my VISA with a built-in chip. I took out two $20 bills and gave them to the front desk, but they actually rubbed the bills in front of me and said with a grin that one of the $20 bills was problematic, and that the money was withdrawn from an ATM in Sri Lanka. I have never seen such disgusting service. After I paid, they told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get a receipt. What kind of ** rule is this? It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for a check-in, and there was no apology! The sun was about to set when I arrived at the room. The room was on the second floor in a corner. Outside the window was the truck garage next door. There was no scenery to speak of. Just as I was about to rest, I suddenly heard a cough in the room. I was startled. There was a wooden door in the room connected to the next room, and I could clearly hear the next door talking and coughing! *********** Ctrip helped me coordinate a room change at around 9 pm. The quilt was very thin, there was no air conditioning, and the electric heater was not very useful and noisy. The overall experience was extremely bad! In Noir, the weather on the mountain is relatively cold. There is heating in the house, but the room facilities are a bit old. The hotel is very beautiful, with a British-style design, a green roof and white walls. It is very beautiful.

Staff was really good and helpful. The food was great and definitely will come again. Room was brilliant and clean. View was spectacular in our room. Beds were comfortable and was fully equipped with the essentials. Overall, the hotel is exceptional.
