The location is still easy to find. In the middle alley of two landmark hotels. It rained on the day we arrived, and it was raining and foggy the next day. The weather was very bad, but the homestay was very comforting. The boss is good, the room is beautifully arranged, Beijing people, there is no Chinese socket, hot water bottle, quilt is very warm, dinner introduces us to the nearby vegetable market to buy it, the vegetable market price is super cheap, the homestay also provides us with a free kitchen. We said that breakfast is not used to the food here, the boss in the morning also personally cook us porridge, simmer cakes, and also bring us spicy kelp as a side dish.

We had a nice stay at the cottage however this was ruined by being wrongly accused of breaking the bathroom window handle off by the owners. It would have taken a considerable amount of force to actually break it off instead it came away when we were closing the window as can happen with wear and tear items. We've stayed at many rental properties across the world and have never had any issues and hassle like this before. We had a lot of upset trying to get our deposit back and the communication and help from unique cottages was very poor, they don't respond to emails. We were eventually only given a portion of the deposit back and not the full amount. We would NOT recommend staying at this cottage but it you do be sure to check all of the wear and tear items such as window handles, toilet, shower, carpets, appliances, fire etc as soon as you arrive and report straight away to unique cottages with photo evidence to avoid the same treatment that we received from the owners. You shouldn't have to do this but we deem it essential! The property was also damaged by a recent storm and it kind of felt that we were almost paying the price for this.

our stay was comfortable and refreshing. the staff were kind and helped us taking our luggage tot eh main road because the incline from the road was very steep. it is set a little away from town with a beautiful garden and tea fields . as senior citizens we found it a little difficult to walk from the main road to the homestay.

What a pleasant surprise, I painted the same homestay. I regretted that the itinerary was left with too little time for Nouari Eliya. The temperature was comfortable, and I was lying on the hammock in the sun, which gave me a feeling of dying in the shine. The breakfast is very rich, and there is local special yogurt. Just after dawn in the morning, Buddhist believers sang in the town. The boss described this local custom in the room very intimately. In order not to disturb the tenants, the boss I changed the curtains to thicker ones to block the sound insulation, but I think listening to this sound, like a lullaby, actually promotes sleep.

We visited this hotel for breakfast and lunch and celebrated our daughters birthday there while our family trip to nuwaraeliya. I have contacted them two weeks before the visit and asked them whether we can celebrate our daughters birthday and take breakfast and lunch. They agreed and kept contacts by email and phone calls untill we leave the place. We requested pure vegetarian and non veg meals together and they arranged it well beyond our expected level.. very helpful and understanding staff.

Heel prettig hotel met goede value for money. Because of my gluten-intolerance I have to eat gluten-free and they really made me happy with their cooking. I didn’t have any trouble. From the hotel you can walk to the Victoria Park with is very nice. I surely recommend Heaven Seven.

Honestly this is the best hotel in the area in every aspects. Highly recommend for those who are planning to hike/worship Sri Padaya mountain. Rooms were neat, tidy, spacious and having a balcony with amazing view of the sacred mountain. Also all sufficient basic amenities there for a comfortable stay. We have faced a little uncomfortable situation due to couple of limit crossed drunken guys in bar. But it was not a fault of the hotel neither staff. Staff was super amazing and did they best to make our stay comfortable. Have to mention that Mr. Mano made our stay so remarkable. Special credit goes to Mr. Mano and the team. Foods were really delicious and proper hygienic conditions were well maintained! Gave a 5 stars specially because of the hospitality!! Cheers!!

The location is very good, not very quiet on the main street, and you can see the lake of Texel by pushing the window, beautiful scenery! The owner is a northeast aunt, very warm and hospitable, chatting with us, making dumplings in the case of power outages. The next morning, for our stomach, breakfast made delicious Chinese food and almost impossible to eat in Lanka. Soft rice, when we left, gave us a lot of food, haha, although there is no electricity, but the warmth of home! Auntie is so cute.
