I came to Araliya red hotel and stayed one day. Staff and service is excellent. When ready to leave staff helped me nicely. Finally even hotel security very nice. Had a good stay overall.easy to find once inside we were pleasantly surprised.we booked deluxe triple room.would have been nice for two adults and 01 kid.room was good and the food was very very good.kid loved the free WiFi. Perfect location for the hotel ,the staff was extremely helpful.hotel stored luggages before and after chech in/check out which was also very helpful. would like to recommend others.💕

The first time I met, more than 1,300 nights, I would give this kind of thing.          I ordered two bottles of Coke at dinner, and I had more than 20 yuan in total. I chased after the money and told him that he had not finished eating it, and he came again later.         Very cold at night, a small electric heater, it doesn't work at all.

From check in time to check out we were treated like royalty. Sanath the butler did a wonderful job making our stay comfortable and enjoyable . He brought all of our bags in to our rooms, made our beds, waited our table for breakfast/dinner, and made sure to bring our morning tea/coffee right on time. We truly felt like we were home. The food was absolutely delicious, Chef Kelum put a lot of love and passion into his cooking and always made sure everything was to our liking. The attention to detail and the effort put in by these two made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a serene/peaceful location with beautiful views and great service I highly recommend JetWing Broomfield. This villa is also owned by the Bandarainke family and has a lot of history the decorations and furniture gives it a very beautiful old school feel. I will be sure to visit again.

They agreed and kept contacts by email and phone calls untill we leave the place. We requested pure vegetarian and non veg meals together and they arranged it well beyond our expected level.. very helpful and understanding staff.

I went there with my son & daughter. We were given a very comfortable room. It was clean & spacious. As it was too cold we asked for a heater in our room which they provided immediately. The breakfast the next morning was a nice affair as the food was delicious! The owner is a great guy who will do everything to make your stay comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a good, comfortable stay with your family.
