The in was clean, quiet and the bed was the most comfortable mattress we’ve EVER slept on. The only thing that could have been better was the TV. It was a 32 inch (satellite I believe) . No smart tv functions, no Netflix, no interesting channels.
PS - the included breakfast was delicious though.

Very friendly staff. The carpet was getting some age on it, but the bed was comfortable and even though it was right under the Thruway was fairly quiet.

Bathroom was very clean. Decent complimentary breakfast.
Bathroom sink faucet leaked. The overall condition of the room’s carpet and wall covering was worn.

Definitely in need of major updates. Outlets didn’t work, the beds weren’t comfortable or hotel quality that I was looking for. Sketchy guests. It was just weird . I’m glad that I only needed a place to sleep so it wasn’t that bad .

This place is excellent and my experience would has been above and beyond except for the lady that came to clean and asked “ohh you still here” we told her that we requested late check out because of the baby, she rolled her eyes and and grind her teeth and said we lied. Only reason we were there is because we were sanding our floors at home and working as a manager at JPMorgan it was unacceptable to me the way this lady treated us. I saw her later and adviser her not treat customers like that and she replied “I have time to finish cleaning and there is not late check out”, so don’t tell me how to do my job

The price is ok but it’s like a cheap highway side motel. It’s ok for just head in a night by yourself. With family, I won’t recommend that.
