酒店老舊不是問題，但沒有維護好沒有清理到位真的很難忍。 好的地方:房間還算大，有電熱毯電視投屏很方便，雙人沙發比較方便，是比較老的酒店格局。價格不高，窗外視野開闊，大院停車空間大。 不好的地方:馬桶上方有塊板快脱落了，浴室門鎖壞，關都關不住，漏放吹風機，淋浴間底部發黃，梳粧台的燈有一個不亮，牀頭櫃前面的地面很多應該是以前煙燙傷的痕跡。空調的熱力不是很足。梳粧台抽屜裏有擦鞋布。最最不能忍的是，門鎖的維修痕跡。電子鎖，但是表面被摳開了，露出機械鑰匙孔。這種安全問題真的是從心理上無法接受。衹不過我懶得折騰，也相信林芝政府和派出所的治安管理。 在住期間也就跟前台有接觸，有的小姐姐比較熱情，有的就普普通通。 住宿我基本都給5分的，小瑕疵都能接受。這些問題還是請酒店考慮考慮，都不是什麼很難改進的點。

酒店位於林芝八一鎮，周邊道路寬敞，酒店停車場很大十分方便，有早餐種類和味道都還不錯，前台很熱情有電梯上下樓方便，環境衞生相比其他地方林芝總體較好。

房間性價比超高，可以看窗外的風景、雪山。晚上很安靜，沒有電梯，四層樓需要爬樓梯，有自助洗車（免費），前台小姐妹很熱情。設施設備一般，房門漏風。

房間乾淨，自助洗衣房，停車場足夠大，前台美女周到熱情，早餐廳的服務人員有些黑臉，不過瑕不掩瑜，整體很愉快的一次住宿，林芝市也很漂亮。
