酒店中央空調沒有開，房間配的暖風機，可以調節問度但是風量永遠是呼呼呼，出風聲音太大影響睡眠，晚安熱飲是白木耳，下雨天大堂門口無人卸行李。晚上八點半到的餐廳已經不接受點單了。洗澡水時冷時熱。早上起來下雪啦，四月春雪美麗凍人。

酒店位置非常好 幫忙升級雪山觀景房 酒店外觀設計藏式風格 與環境融為一體 由於定位為會議型酒店 室內設計的細節與舒適性稍稍欠缺 但服務非常到位 提前安排加熱空調入住時室內非常温暖 前台小哥哥也非常友善幫忙介紹周邊情況 並贈與雜誌 。

這家酒店挺好的，房間環境挺好的，衞生很乾凈，前台妹妹的服務真心不錯，來時還送我們熱的礦泉水和小零食，還有許多的小糖果可以拿，服務很貼心呢！房間挺大的佈局合理，設施設備很齊全，還有洗衣房和健身房，入住體驗挺好的，不錯的
