環境是一等一的好，漂亮的大堂乾淨整潔的客房，前台訓練有素客房服務及時到位，臨走還有手辦，最大的槽點是早餐，早上很冷餐廳沒有暖氣空調，大多數菜品點心都是冷的，水果不夠新鮮，問客服要黃油久久不拿，咖啡機壞的咖啡吧也沒有咖啡，作為開元觀堂系列，餐飲一直是加分項，到了林芝居然變成這樣是太意外了。
