There was no one wearing a mask upon entry, i called down to the front desk to ask for assistance and never received it, when i was trying to check out the lady that worked at the front desk was just standing in the back holding a personal conversation. Overall i couldn’t sleep because I wasn’t comfortable at all with my environment
