Fairfield Inn & Suites Milwaukee Airport

Overall a great stay. The staff was nice and very attentive to my needs (A quiet space), room was clean and spacious, pool was warm and the hot tub nice and working, the continental breakfast is typical for a hotel (remember you are not at home or at a restaurant). I would stay again thank you Fairfield for a pleasant stay.

Receptionist was awesome and so helpful. Refrigerator didn't work so she gave us a new room!!!. Both rooms very clean! Highly recommend!

There was a banging noise coming from the fridge all night. No other complaints. Very nice hotel.

The hotel/rooms are always clean. The front desk staff is always amazing. We were able to check in early and were granted a late check out. The location is perfect for whatever you plan to do. Everywhere I went to was 20 minutes or less. Definitely our favorite place to stay when visiting Milwaukee!

It was wonderful. Excellent breakfast. Water park was fun. Everyone was so helpful. I will be back!

When we arrived, we were informed the hot tub wasn't working. It would have been nice to have that on the website so I was aware before I booked. The room wasn't cleaned properly. There was some white substance (I hope it was yogurt) in the side of the TV. The remote for the TV was infuriating. The buttons stuck and it was impossible to navigate. Luckily there was a mobile remote option, but if you were in the middle of a movie, and you needed to go off the page on the phone, you had to rescan the QR code... So I had to attempt to use the remote to get to that page. We were not in the room much, thankfully. The ice machine on the first floor was also busted. I told the front desk. They were aware but there was no sign on it. No sign when I left either.bi just went to the one on the second floor. The first floor was always wet due to the pool but that is expected because of kids. That is fine. There was signage. Speaking of the pool, when I arrived, I popped in at about 2pm to see the what the pool looked like. There was a large family there so I decided to come back at 9:30 for a quick soak in the broken hot tub before bed. The heat was still working on it. The pool area was covered in dirty pool towels and garbage. I figured the pool would be checked on quickly between 2-9:30pm. I guess not. For breakfast, the bagels were hard but otherwise it was fine for a hotel breakfast. The beds were clean and ok. The staff is really nice but I won't be returning

We were honestly pretty disappointed by our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful - that was definitely the biggest plus. However, there was a lot left to be desired. We were really excited to stay at a Marriott Suite - we figured Marriott's are generally really nice. However, the room had a few dirty spots, the blinds had a huge stain on them, and one of the spare pillows was covered in yellow stains. The bathroom fan didn't work and there was a few hairs throughout the bathroom when we checked in. The rooms were small for a suite. Breakfast was also very disappointing. We had hoped for a little bit better breakfast than cheap eggs and meats, waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. The options were the exact same every morning and the drink options were very limited. The coffee was filled with grounds the first couple mornings (which the staff did promptly change out when my wife informed them, so again, the staff were great -just not the food). We also chose this hotel due to it having the hot tub - but were disappointed as the jets were broken while we were there. And the towels for the pool are tiny - they couldn't wrap around us very well and it took 2-3 towels just to fully dry ourselves.

Super quiet even though it's next to the airport. Modern, stylish. Great front desk staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed.
