Oakland Airport Executive Hotel

It was a fire but I was given a desent room and had a nice rest

The room is very dirty and stinky. We called for housekeeping but no one came. We are expecting them to clean the room but they did not. There are molds in the bathroom and ceiling of the room. Blankets, pillows and bedsheets are not clean too. Very disgusting. I will never recommend this hotel. It’s terrible. I need a refund!

This hotel is really run down and looks nothing like the photos. Also, $10 for parking is obnoxious when the parking lot is practically empty. The hotel does not answer the phone when you have a request in the middle of the night either.

Excellent check-in process. The night auditor was professional and security conscious. I felt very safe while staying in this hotel and would have no second thoughts to stay here next time I have an early morning flight from Oakland Airport. My reserved Uber driver was on time (3:35 am) and assured me of the effort the hotel commits to provide security around the outside of the large property. The driver was able to pull right up to the front door and then right out to the street directly to the Airport.

I spent 3 nights in a room that was freezing. Ni drinking cups. U pay $5 for a vending machine cuo with a surprise inside. No hangers. No heat. Had to wait overnight for a blanket Couldn’t get extra towels Bathroom amenities were pathetic they are so tiny And lack what is needed No restaurant, no shuttle, no hair dryer, tiny towels, no iron, no amenities at all. One desk clerk was helpful, patient and apologized for their owners lack of an honest website description. But he must make his profit on vending machines. I admit I returned from Vietnam and china. This scored a 0 in comparison with what I got fir $19 in Saigon & in Hainan in Haikou, best boutique I’ve experienced for $35 a night. He should have paid us to suffer. Aha. Apparently there are rooms that have amenities. But none of the property amenities exist as described on website

I am not sure how old the pictures online were... This hotel is not what they display online. Hotel is in bad shape...

Everything is fine, but it's cold and there's no heating.

We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. On the first day, we had a minor disagreement with the housekeeping staff after requesting a second towel for our two-guest room, which had only been provided with one face towel. The cleaning staff member on the 4th floor argued with one of the guests rather than accommodating the simple request. The following day, we placed all used towels outside the door for collection, but no fresh towels were returned. When we inquired with another housekeeper, she explained that towels were likely still being laundered and might be available around 1 PM. We went fishing for the day and returned in the evening expecting to shower and clean up, but still had no towels. I reported the issue to the front desk, and ultimately we chose to leave approximately 20 hours early simply so we could go home and bathe. Despite this, we were charged the full rate for a room that had no air conditioning, no phone to contact the front desk, and where only 1 out of 5 ice machines was operational.

Unwelcoming, not smiling reception. Dirty halls. No hot water. Elevetors out of service for 2 days.
