The property was beautifully decorated And the host was very accommodating and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. I would’ve have rated this property 5 stars but the hot tub was not working and the pool water was cloudy. I was very disappointed since the main reason I chose this accommodation was for the hot tub and pool. Zachery was very responsive.

Property is exactly what you see in the photos. The neighborhood is right in the middle of the Oakland Park suburbs and pretty quiet at night. Amenities were all new. Even has a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a decent sized dining table and full kitchen with some basic cookware, plates, and cups. Zack, the guy managing the property, was nice and helpful.
If I had to complain about anything it was that the bed was too hard for my liking. I like a really soft bed. Other than that, perfect.

Modern Oasis is correct! Great yard with hot tub and a pool. Only two apartments, so you basically have a private hotel pool and spa are all to yourself. Clean as a whistle and VERY comfortable.

I am totally satisfied with the "MODERN OASIS". This hidden gem is a private getaway with a pool, cabana, jacuzzi, BBQ pit and hammock. That's outside! The sleeping quarters has a beautiful common area with an eat in island for four and EVERYTHING you could possible need. Rooms have their own bathroom and storage closet. I could go on and on. Treat yourself and book at the MODERN OASIS!!! Just don't book when I'm there. ALL-STAR
