This hotel has really gone to the dogs. The front desk staff is extremely rude. You are not allowed to have visitors unless approved by the front desk, and you need a key card to access elevators and stair cases. The dennys and chop are overpriced.

The hotel is nice enough, nothing special. The lobby is quite snazzy, and check-in was smooth and professional. The hotel room at first blush seemed spacious and well-appointed. The bathroom was quite nice. However, we were disappointed to discover that the kitchenette only had a cooktop, not an oven, which negated the entire reason I had booked a room with a kitchen in the first place. The pool area is quite small and a bit run down, although we appreciated the jacuzzi. Nice to have two restaurants onsite, although we did not use either one.
