Quality Inn and Suites

I will never go there again. The room on had a bed. No chairs because of the so called redecorating. The bathroom was dirty thank you for shower shoes. The halls were dirty it just wasn't a good place or experience. Better off sleeping in the car.

The bed was relatively comfortable and there was a mini fridge in the room which was nice. However, the condition of the room was in very poor condition. Things were missing and had never been replaced. For example, there was no chair in the room at all, a desk, but no office chair, armchair, or bench. There was only a lamp on one side of the bed and the other side had plate covering the space where there obviously was a lamp at one point. The whole bathroom was very run down. Discoloring all around, scrapes in the finishing of the tub and base of the toilet. The sinks drain cover was missing and someone had dumped a bunch of the plastic caps from the toiletries down the drain. The towels were in good condition and toiletries were available. The condition wasn't so bad that we had to leave, but it was definitely subpar lodging. Also, breakfast hours were posted as ending at 10 since it was a Saturday. We arrived downstairs at 9:30 and expected it to be a little picked over, but there was literally nothing available. They had locked the fridge and everything was put away. It was really disappointing because the free breakfast was definitely a draw when I chose to book here. There were also very noisy people in the halls both late at night and early in the morning. I know there is only so much that can be done about that, but it just added to the negative experience.

Had to ask for a phone. Coffee maker did not work. In fact part of the it was missing. The room was extremely noisy. All night it sounded like a dump truck was running inside the building, I had to put tissue in my ears to get some sleep. The breakfast was okay with the exception of the waffles, They were nasty.

The beds our so bad. Sagging in the middle. Hard , really hard. The room itself was very nice. Now getting the the room. Carpets our so dirty and stained and dried vomit..

The first room assigned to us smelled musty, but we were changed to another room, which was much more acceptable. Breakfast service was adequate, although coffee was not hot. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and shower was delightful!

This was a last-minute booking due to a late night working, and I wish I'd kept driving instead of paying the money for this. Run down, junky, really dingy, TV didn't work, and the bed was not great. Would not stay again.

Convenient to interstate and retail needs. Clean. Need to request any assistance during stay like clean towels or trash. Stable breakfast to get your day started. Coffee is great.

Stains on hallway carpets, wallpaper in rooms peeling off, obvious mold painted over in bathrooms, bathroom vent does not work, pool closed, breakfast is just microwaved sandwiches and stale cereal. Highly limited options for everything in the surrounding area (you’ll have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest non-fast food restaurant). The staff were all nice and professional but considering the state of the hotel for the price, I will never be returning.

Staff was nice. 1st room missing furniture. 2nd room musty , peeling wall paper, very outdated. Room was warm wouldnt cool off.
