I booked this 1 King room for 2 nights on business and they recommended this hotel. Check in was very easy, staff was very accommodating and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel is very clean and professional. The room was quite spacious with a large desk area couch with a portable table which was nice to work at. It had a nice view of the campus and was overall very quiet. Not a lot of people there in mid-October even though it seemed like a lot of cars in the parking lot. The room felt modern, all furniture in good condition with all the basic amenities of coffee maker, etc. There was plenty of room for storing clothing and bags. The bed was soft and comfy with clean linens and a top comforter. Plenty of pillows to choose from too. Also nice they had end tables on each side of the bed. The desk area was very large with plenty of room to work and all the needed connections. I took a Zoom call here and the wifi was struggling to keep up at times. Otherwise it was decent. Bathroom was clean — had a stand up shower with the normal toiletries and plenty of large towels. The counter was large with plenty of room for my items. The whole room was very clean, you'd have no issue walking around and worrying about your socks getting gross. The overall area felt very safe and was close to a walking path. Within 5-10 minute drive you have plenty of shopping and restaurants. The indoor pool area was great, especially as no one was there. It was clean and had enough chairs and tables to lounge by. Temperature was just right. The spa was shut down at the time. Check out was easy and the staff was great the entire time. Always available to help.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A downtown location can be tough, but they did a good job here. Good location, easy to find, and a couple of restaurants and bars nearby. Our front desk experience was good both on check-in and check-out. Very friendly staff. We were placed in room 618 and it was very quiet. The room was clean, carpeted, and very tidy. While the pull-out couch was not very comfortable, it did have a bit of a unique design where one end was kind of like a chair. The room had ample plugs and USB ports, the blackout curtains were decent, and the bed very comfortable. Due to the configuration of the room, there were two flat screens, and the desk as a movable table that could be repositioned. Bathroom was very clean and we had more than enough towels. The coffee station was decent and the small refrigerator was a nice plus. Morning breakfast was standard fare - eggs, sausage patties, waffles, some cereals, yogurt, and fruit (though the bananas were very, very green, difficult to gauge, but that was very under-ripe.) The only downside is that the parking is not directly attached to the hotel and it is an outside walk of about 100 feet to get from the garage to the hotel.

Check in with James was flawless and excellent customer service. The lobby was clean and inviting. My room was very clean and as always, the bed was comfortable. Enimia who cleaned the room did an outstanding job! I was very comfortable with the level of cleanliness. Breakfast was hot and served to guests and although it's not at pre C-19 levels Drury has found a way to make it satisfying. The experience was great. Drury never disappoints!

On the positive, the rooms are fine and the decor is kind of a quirky mid-century modern. The location was super easy to get to and reasonably priced. We found the front desk staff very friendly and helpful. That said, this is a noisy location. Running the fan on constant helps a bit. Ask for a room facing the back. The bed was very soft and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed. The pillows are soft enough to feel like they are trying to smother you. Fine to stay for a night but nothing spectacular.

On a positive note, the room at this Hampton Inn was totally updated and was the nicest Hampton we have ever been at. Everything was very comfortable ... bed, bedding, bathroom, etc. etc. and we loved the decor. We had booked this hotel a few days ahead of time, and upon reading the reviews, I noticed that the noise from I-75 was very loud in the rooms facing in that direction, so I had requested a room on the top floor and away from the busy highway, and felt that this would solve the problem. When we arrived at the hotel around 5, we were told that there were no King rooms left on the top floor, so that was fine. When we arrived at our room, we found that our room was facing and very close to I-75, regardless of our request a few days before. The noise went on all night long. I spoke to a nice lady the next morning at the front desk, and she said that just because we requested a certain room type and location, there is no guarantee that we will get it. As lovely as this hotel was, we probably would not stay there again unless we could be guaranteed a room away from I-75. There seemed to be a lot of places to eat around that area, so that is handy.

Great 3 day stay, quiet and comfortable. Internet was reliable and the room was much more spacious than I realized. Loved having the stove top and a full size fridge! ***MOST IMPORTANTLY*** In the rush to pack all of my equipment and gear for work, I forgot my personal $3000 camera hidden behind the bedroom TV. After arriving back in KY and realizing what had happened, I contacted the hotel. Thankfully, one of the house keepers had turned it into the GM. I forever grateful to the person that did the right thing with an item that had zero chance of being tracked down. The front desk receptionist who took my call was very helpful and I set up a day to pick up my item in place of having it shipped. In the end, I could not have had a better experience!
