Hotel in the top of Oaxaca city offer free shuttle bus for center of the city good place to visit

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

Good evening, I didn't want to let this go unmentioned. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and what I didn't like about the reception staff was that on Thursday, January 22nd, around 4 pm, when I arrived for check-in, they assigned me room 105, which was my reserved room. When I got to the room, I saw that it wasn't what I had paid for, so I went back to reception and explained that it wasn't what I had reserved. I remembered the beds being a different color (red). The receptionist told me she was sorry, but there had been a mistake with the assigned room. Because of the receptionist's attitude, I feel it was intentional; if I hadn't said or clarified something, they would have left me in that room. That's awful. It's a shame to have employees like that.

Old hotel but very well-equipped, friendly and attentive staff 😊

Very good location, beautiful view and large gardens that are worth exploring, in my opinion the only thing I would add is a gym. From there everything was excellent, we loved it and of course we would stay there again.

從機場坐小巴車拼車可以送到附近的街道，然後需要自己走上來，這類似一個莊園。或者直接機場包車過來，因為機場沒法打taxi 酒店有到downtown的班車，但是時間限制比較多hh，放在圖上供參考 整體環境還可以，餐廳吃過一頓也不錯，晚上一層的小酒吧有駐唱的，氛圍很好

Excelentes instalaciones para un ambiente familiar, facilidad de traslado, para ir a pasear por el centro de la ciudad, sus empleados todos muy amables

這是一個旅行團入住的酒店，特別多的團員，酒店設施跟國內三星差不多。位置可以，距離市中心不遠，可以走路過去，整體比較安靜

スタッフは丁寧で、部屋の眺望もよく大変贅沢ができました。 次は長期滞在がしたいと思います。
