The staff was professional and experienced and then resolved any issues that I raised. The food was delicious, the price of the hotel was reasonable and affordable. Also, the service received during my stay was amazing and I was surprised with a birthday gift 🎁 on my birthday date without informing the hotel. I enjoyed every moments spent at Nh hotel Oberhausen and I highly recommended this hotel and gave it 4 stars.

When we checked in; 1 agent checked us in while the other 2 just stared at us like we were aliens. One of them had a smirk on their face throughout my check-in, I wanted to ask what she thought was so funny with us checking into the hotel but I didn’t want to spoil the evening. They all started laughing when we left the checkin desk. Know that we are non-European. Very unwelcoming and unprofessional. I suggest cultural diversity training. The beds were disgusting! Small strips of hair all over the fitted sheet. The Most Disgusting was the pee stain on the sheets! The bed smelled like piss too. It was supposed to be non-smoking but someone had been smoking in the room or the insulation/vent systems need more work. I didn’t want to deal with the unprofessional front desk staff so I suffered through the uncleanliness and just put 2 towels on top of the duvet just to feel at ease sleeping, even though we were only there for one night…Thank God I didn’t book for longer. The only positive was breakfast; it was adequate for 1 night stay. Definitely won’t be spending another dime here.

The hotel is in a good location in the city center and is convenient for travel. The hotel has complete facilities and the service is satisfactory. The room is clean and tidy, and the hygiene is good. It is convenient to go to the station nearby. It can be considered for business trips.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The hotel room was very nice, and the bathroom pleasantly surprised me, even though you can't lock the door from the inside. My sister and I were very satisfied and had a lovely night. The staff was also very friendly.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are relatively large compared to other business hotels in Europe. I am very satisfied with my stay.

Really bad experience, I paid 110 euros to be able to sleep well for a couple of hours, but it wasn't possible. The air conditioning was broken, the room was unbearably hot. When I asked if I could cancel the booking, I was told it was impossible, I would get 2 small bottles of water and 20% compensation when I checked out as a goodwill gesture, but it looks like I still have to take care of it. At 7:30 renovation work started, drilling, knocking 😡 to be honest, I could have slept better in the car and it wasn't free either. WiFi doesn't work: I'm never going there again

Unfortunately no drinks in the mini bar. Otherwise a solid hotel. Room had a large desk and a comfortable bed. What is not so nice is that the pillowcases are too small, the inside of the pillow peeks out. Not particularly hygienic

Clean environment, excellent location

A nice hotel, but the waitress at check-in was very annoying and spoke very poor English that no one could understand. The room facilities are old, but very clean, and the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Wokman China Restaurant 5 minutes away from the hotel. It serves authentic Chinese food, including Peking duck, steamed sea bass, etc. The price is not expensive. I recommend it!
