Ich hatte mich kurzfristig für diese Hotel entschieden, weil es ein Schwimmbad hat. Bei der Buchung hatte ich angegeben, dass wir auch weiter oben schlafen würden. Wir waren in der 7. Etage untergebracht. Von außen sieht es so auch wie 1992, als ich zum letzten mal da war. Innen war alles ok. Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein und sauber. Wir wollten schwimmen gehen, aber leider war erst 3 Tage später wieder ein Termin frei. Ich kann das ja nachvollziehen wegen Corona. Ich hätte es besser gefunden, wenn ich in der Erinnerungsmail vom Hotel darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden wäre, vorfristig einen Termin dort zu reservieren. Im Eventcenter im Nebengebäude gab es ein riesen Indoorspielplatz für kleine Kinder sowie Tischtennisplatten und noch einiges mehr. Zum Frühstück wurden wir in einen Nebenraum gesetzt, der auch ein Buffet hatte. Wie ich hier in den Bewertungen gelesen habe, kann ich auch nur bestätigen, dass das Hotel im Servicebereich unterbesetzt war. Unfreundlich kann ich nicht bestätigen....wir brauchten halt Geduld. Das Hotel hat sich sehr auf Urlaub mit Kindern spezialisiert.
