Best Western Ocala Park Centre

I guess I was expecting too much from this establishment based on the location and price. I expected valet service but was ordered to move my vehicle to a self-parking area to check in. The staff members at check-in were not friendly at all. I wasn't given directions to my room and was offered no assistance with luggage. My room was less than satisfactory due to the mold-infested bathroom surfaces, worn and damaged areas throughout the room and lack of noise control from the hallway. I found clumps of hair in the bathroom and on the floor by the beds.

I didn't have breakfast or use the pool. I was very happy with the room and with the staff. Very conveniently located off of I-75.

During the night, I got up and turned on the light, and I found cockroaches scurrying everywhere. I managed to catch one; it was horrible to see those cockroaches all over the tv furniture 😑 definitely I'll never come back to this place

I come down to Ocala every year to see my dad and always stay here and will for years to come. It’s very consistent. The hotel is clean and the staff and amenities are good. Breakfast by the pool is always a good thing. Location is ideal. Close to anything you need and 10 minutes from downtown Ocala.

The hotel is conveniently located and staff is friendly. Nice hot breakfast included in your stay!

Clean rooms, poolside breakfast better than expected, Close to Cracker Barrel, Sams and gas.

they could do more for the price, but when you are tired of driving and you just want to relax and sleep.
