This turned out to be a very disappointing stay for my family and I. At check in, our room wasn't ready. I'm willing to overlook that because things happen, but for the cost of our room, it is rather ridiculous that it wasn't ready when check in starts at 1500 and we arrived a bit after that. Once we got our room, the shower curtain had a few mold spots on it, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposedly this nice. Beyond that, the shower wouldn't drain properly. We showered in ankle deep water, so there was clearly a clog that should have been addressed. The front desk apologized and mentioned that they could have fixed it at any time with their 24-hour service staff, but that's not the point of this review. It's to show the lack of care shown toward the room that we were afforded for our one-night stay.

Loved the hotel! Spacious and comfortable rooms, very nice pool and hot tub, quiet and peaceful location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained, and lovely to have in room dining! The beds are very, very comfortable. Would stay here again!

The A/C was broken, so we literally froze through the night (we arrived late and assumed the temperature would rise as we set the thermostat to 77). Our room was switched to a room that was not cleaned and the beds were not made. Also, one of the front desk staff was biased (an Asian woman).

I had to switch my room because there was mold in the bathroom, sink was broken, carpet was stained. Front desk was nice though

Truly a great experience, the staff were extremely helpful and just joyful to be around. I plan on choosing this Hilton in the future.

Bugs in sink and on pillow. Charged for parking never telling me and website says optional parking fee area. Water on floor and toilet never flushed. Wrote a letter to avoid writing review but no response, therefore writing the review.

The room was clean - no complaints! And the staff was friendly. We did not experience the breakfast or bar.
