My fiance and i stay here often we love the service Mrs. BeBe, Genesis they are always nice and cherrful. The housekeeping are very nice too the maintenance thats on duty he is also very helpful. The rooms are very clean I haven't had any complaints on anything, the beds are made perfectly the pillows are fluffy . I love the rooms I love the area I haven't been to the pool yet but it looks nice and I might try it out one day. They have home made pizza that the staff make its very good , they will call u when its done or they will bring it to ur room. The noise is at a minimum basically hear the highway, but other than that there's nothing wrong with the the hotel I recommend them at a A+ 100 %excellent. I truly Love the staff especially when staff call u by name...

Was hesitant to book this hotel because the overall rating was less than 4.0. Not sure why. It was a 5 for my husband and me. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The lobby area nice and inviting. The EXCEPTIONAL feature was the staff. Everyone of them was so nice and super friendly, I smiled and laughed. Great stop for us. Will definitely stay here again.

I felt that the place was cleaner than other reviews because it seemed like they had recently remodeled. However, I found the shower to be a bit inconvenient because the drainage wasn't working properly. Additionally, I don't understand why the housekeeping started knocking on the door as early as 9am. I would prefer if they did housekeeping after the checkout time.

Location was good, close to where I needed to be. Hotel was nice, no funky smells. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install rubber floor tile, but they missed the mark by a mile. And if it's NOT rubber, they are REALLY bad! Those type of floors NEED attention at LEAST once a week, if not more. My floor was sticky with God only knows what. I had knocked over a cup of water, and obviously, got a towel to wipe it up. The towel looked like I had wiped up the parking lot!! NASTY!! It had been quite a while since anyone hit it with a mop. Told them at the desk and got the usual glazed-over stare, TWICE! It IS 2024, maybe my expectations are too high? I would probably stay again, but in my travels there, I found 8 other motels that were just as close, if not closer to where I was going. Probably cheaper too. Oh yea, and any room on the south side of the building, bring ear plugs!! SUPER noisy, traffic starts about 0430.

Older hotel, but updated and was overall ok. Beds super comfy. Shower had low pressure. Had constant issues with internet/WiFi and cable going out constantly. Very thin walls, could hear people next door coughing and upstairs walking around. Luggage rack was broken so has no where for suitcase Free breakfast was ok. The windows had mold visible on the edges, there was trash (a crumbled paper towel) left on the top of the closet from a past guest. When replacing flooring, consideration must be taken when selecting a baseboard. When the new baseboard is nothing but a 1 x 3 that leaves 2 problems. The previous baseboard was wider, then the walls need to be repainted. There is angle to a baseboard to reduce the need for cleaning. When nothing but a 1 x is used, you create a shelf to catch dirt. That needs continual cleaning. When I leaned on the fence around the pool it moved. Probably wouldn't prevent a child from knocking it over. We all have ants from time to time in Florida; however, either a quick spray or a pest maintenance program would cure this problem. When I come to the desk in the morning, the last thing I want to see is a clerk in either her pajamas or sweatpants and her slippers. Employees need to be dressed and ready for work. They should at least look like they are ready for work and want to take care of guests, not covered up with blankets in the back office like they are ready for bed. We were in town evaluating hotels for an upcoming wedding. We will be removing this place from our list of possibilities for guests. If this is Wyndham product, I will stay elsewhere.

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean large rooms. The bathroom was huge. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast with sausages, powdered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles. Plenty of coffee, tea, milk and juices. The beds were comfortable, a little more firm than some of the recent hotels I’ve stayed in, but I slept like a baby. I also loved the fact that this hotel, like many, are now using full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It’s nice to not have to fight those little bottles to get out the last drop of product. Great - safe - comfortable and well-appointed hotel. There were only a couple of issues. The hotel is on a blind curve. The entrance is past the hotel on the and the exit is just to the left of the hotel. We accidentally pulled into the Sam’s parking lot only to have to pull back out onto the main road and into the Springhill Hotel Parking lot. We have a large truck and it was a little difficult to navigate parking. So once we parked, I didn’t want to go out again till the morning. The other issue we had - which is not really an inconvenience - was the room key system was down and we had to make sure we returned the key to them in the morning. There was only one key given out per room. But again, since it was a quick overnight stay for us, it wasn’t much of an issue.

Carolyn is doing a great job with this property. The hotel is clean, well kept, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell that they likely have it together behind the scenes for the most part so everything goes smoothly, making the general experience very enjoyable for guests. I felt comfortable and safe here despite the property itself being right off the highway. I could rest assured that there was no funny business going on, no vagrants hanging around (which unfortunately was not the case at other central florida hotels I've been at recently). It's obvious this place is well cared for by its owners and staff.

This hotel is situated in a very busy area right off I 75 at Hwy 200. Several other hotels are adjacent along with a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Parking is at a premium. Once you check in you get a parking pass to place in your car which meant another trip out to the lot. We tried to check in early but we’re refused. After spending the day with family we checked in at 7 pm and the line at the desk was disheartening. The lobby was so disappointing. Not at all welcoming; small space, minimal furniture a tv and a coffee bar. I can’t comment on breakfast. It was located in a different building. We didn’t want to take the time to roam the parking lot once again looking for breakfast. The coffee in the lobby was available but only the “regular” choice worked and was mediocre at best. Our room was clean. Everything worked. But the lights in the parking lot are so bright that even the black out curtain couldn’t prevent the light from penetrating around the sides. The location was great but next time I think I’d rather drive a few extra miles to quieter surroundings.

Just on the high speed side. The window is very noisy, and it is ok. Health is very general, staying for one night. The first floor is still in the renovation, living on the 4th floor. There is still a touch of decoration inside. There is a swimming pool. Breakfast is on the edge of the pool, similar to most Best Wester. Free parking. The bed is big enough and hard.

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean large rooms. The bathroom was huge. Breakfast was a typical hotel hot breakfast with sausages, powdered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles. Plenty of coffee, tea, milk and juices. The beds were comfortable, a little more firm than some of the recent hotels I’ve stayed in, but I slept like a baby. I also loved the fact that this hotel, like many, are now using full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It’s nice to not have to fight those little bottles to get out the last drop of product. Great - safe - comfortable and well-appointed hotel. There were only a couple of issues. The hotel is on a blind curve. The entrance is past the hotel on the and the exit is just to the left of the hotel. We accidentally pulled into the Sam’s parking lot only to have to pull back out onto the main road and into the Springhill Hotel Parking lot. We have a large truck and it was a little difficult to navigate parking. So once we parked, I didn’t want to go out again till the morning. The other issue we had - which is not really an inconvenience - was the room key system was down and we had to make sure we returned the key to them in the morning. There was only one key given out per room. But again, since it was a quick overnight stay for us, it wasn’t much of an issue.

This hotel is situated in a very busy area right off I 75 at Hwy 200. Several other hotels are adjacent along with a Cracker Barrel restaurant. Parking is at a premium. Once you check in you get a parking pass to place in your car which meant another trip out to the lot. We tried to check in early but we’re refused. After spending the day with family we checked in at 7 pm and the line at the desk was disheartening. The lobby was so disappointing. Not at all welcoming; small space, minimal furniture a tv and a coffee bar. I can’t comment on breakfast. It was located in a different building. We didn’t want to take the time to roam the parking lot once again looking for breakfast. The coffee in the lobby was available but only the “regular” choice worked and was mediocre at best. Our room was clean. Everything worked. But the lights in the parking lot are so bright that even the black out curtain couldn’t prevent the light from penetrating around the sides. The location was great but next time I think I’d rather drive a few extra miles to quieter surroundings.
