Reviews of Graffit Gallery Design Hotel

Generally, I don't recommend it. It's not a five-star level. The breakfast is limited, the parking space is limited, and there is a fee. The room is quite small for the first night. The service is okay, but the overall facilities are not so good.

The hotel's location is simply perfect! The staff is friendly and attentive: always ready to help and explain everything in detail. We were especially pleased that we received a complimentary room upgrade—a room with a stunning view. We were also able to check in three hours earlier than scheduled, which was incredibly helpful after an overnight flight. I'd also like to highlight the designer approach to the rooms—it's truly admirable. Overall, the hotel and its staff left a wonderful impression; I'll definitely stay there again!

The hotel is super, I recommend it to everyone, the staff is responsive, the room is clean and very large

The waiter was very attentive; he helped us with our luggage, took us outside, and helped us find the address.

Everything is fine, but I have two comments: - there's no shelf in the bathroom for personal toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, cologne, etc.); - the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, not up to par with 5*.
