Elevators make getting to your room easy, front desk staff are helpful and spoke English, the beach is a very short walk away.

I always love to soend sime days here during summer. The hotel is right at the front door of Acardia, and next door to Gagarin Plaza, the movie theatre and Beerteka The staff always have been friendly and responsive to me.

I loved this hotel. I thought it would be bad because it was relatively cheap especially for Arcadia. I got a big clean modern room with a great living room and clean sofa, where everything worked. The staff was friendly and communicative. Checkin checkout was efficient. I loved the area around the hotel. 100 percent happy. Btw try the bbq rib place in the area at the beach. It must be famous but don’t know the name. Sorry.

Great hotel next to the Arcadia promenade. If you face the sea, you do get the music from Queen but overall, the rooms are clean and modern. I would definitely stay there again!

Very bad service and staff no body help you and bad Curtains in room the sun didn't let me sleep Nobody wearing the mask waiting a long time in the lift Nobody answer the phone room service and Reception The safety box does not work the only good thing is Location near of mall and see
