房間都很寬敞，温度適宜，安靜，服務員態度很好。每天需要要免費水，服務員第一次來送水洗臉沒聽到敲門，留在門外四瓶礦泉水，前台打電話説沒敲開門，又派服務員來送兩瓶😂。酒店出門往右手邊走，大樓側面地下塔吉克人的餐廳不錯！

Были всей семьёй ,муж и дети в восторге.Номер просторный,,светлый детям было где разгуляться)отдельно хочу отметить очень приятный обслуживающий персонал,да и в целом вид из окна,обслуживание,всё чистенько опрятно,в общем от отеля остались самые хорошие и позитивные впечатления.

Отличный отель, комфортные условия для проживания, вежливый персонал. В номере опрятно, чистенько. Душевая чистая, санузел убран. В номер можно заказать еду. В Одинцово один из лучших отелей, приятно было там находиться.

Персонал отлично выполняет свою работу, на протяжении всего времени, они были вежливы и всегда учтивы к клиентам. Еда вкусная и сытная, по доступным ценам. В общем и целом я остался доволен этим отелем и надеюсь, что она так и останется превосходным.

Стандартная четверка Парк Инн. Номера удобные и достаточно просторные. Все было в номере чисто и аккуратно. Завтраки разнообразные, голодными не остались. Не порадовала конечно шумоизоляция, но для меня не было проблемой потому что крепко сплю.

Все отлично, только крошечный спортзал. В таком отеле должен быть более оборудованный и более большой спортзал. Этот же просто смешной. Вкусные завтраки вежливый персонал, дали номер с лучшим видом. В общем, кроме спортзала, 5 баллов

В ночь с 02.01.2023 г. по 03.01.2023 останавливались в гостинице, в номере 409. Забыли детскую рубашку Button Blu белого цвета, размер 152-158 в шкафу. Сегодня 19.01.2023 г. администратор гостиницы сообщила, что рубашки нет. В других гостиницах вещи оставляли ни раз и их всегда возвращали. Очень жаль, что сотрудники не знакомы со ст. 925 и 227 ГК РФ, и не знают, что гостиница ответственно за вещи, оставленные постояльцем, а горничные не проходят проверку при приеме на работу и не проинформированы, что находка должна быть возвращена.

Низкое качество работы персонала рецепшн (ответы в стиле «это не я подтверждал Вам бронь»). Волосы на кровати при заселении. Летящая на тебя пыль в шкафу. Мини бар был закрыт на ключ, открытие происходит после внесения депозита 7 тыс 😬
