The front desk guy was so helpful and kind beautiful energy and assisted me in making my check-in easier

The room was extremely hot. We had to use a dusty old box fan to keep the room cooler. It didn’t work and was just very noisy. The pool was playing loud music at 5:00 in the morning. Very disappointed, as we have stayed there before and never had a problem. One of the two elevators was out of order, as well.

Staff were very helpful. Room was a good size a very clean. Great location. The hotel was having some renovations to the HVAC which was a little noisy at times, only one lift working and ice machine out of order. The corridors were looking a bit tired compared to the rest of the lobby and room. Overall though these elements did not spoil the overall experience.

Great rooms with all the amenities like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room. We will be back

It's always our favorite place to stay because it's in downtown and in walking distance to several places.

Room was clean and comfortable. Most of the usb outlets didn't work to charge our phones we had to share the one that did work. Check in staff was great and easy.

The faucet in the bathroom did not have a handle, it leaked whenever it was on and got water all over the counter, the tops of the surfaces were not very clean- drink marks, the room was very warm and stuffy due to hvac system not working, and because the window had to be open all night it was very loud. When we arrived to check in we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, left us wondering if we were at the correct place to check in.

No functional AC, no water bottles or even a dispenser. Had to fill up my water at the fitness center. Also no continental breakfast. Everything else was fine.

Good location and the staff were helpful, but the place is in poor shape. The whole place is run down and needs some serious updates—given the price it is a terrible value.
