It was the greatest experience I have had in onsen hotel staying. Everything was the greatest with no room to complain. Exceptional service, nice private onsen (reservation required), spacious and clean rooms, free drinks, dinner with wagyu beef, quiet and relaxing environments. I left my jacket in my room, after I left, they even email me to offer options if I want to have the jacket back. They finally arranged to courier the jacket to my hotel I stayed afterwards (courier fee COD). I appreciate this service a lot, they truly want me to have a nice trip with no regrets. I highly recommend this onsen hotel, very valuable for this low price!

The thoughtfulness of each and every staff member was incredibly comforting, making this trip three times more enjoyable. Also, the breakfast rice was absolutely delicious, and I had seconds. I would love to go again in September with my son and wife who live in Tokyo.

The service attitude is super good and thoughtful. The room is comfortable and spacious. A lot of drinks are given. The hot springs are even more praised. But it is more suitable for self-driving tours. It is worth a visit.

Our stay was an absolute pleasure, a truly authentic Japanese countryside retreat. Nestled on the outskirts of a small village in Kyushu’s breathtaking rural landscape, the property offers a peaceful and experience. Our traditional Japanese-style room overlooked a beautiful garden, with a stream flowing just beyond it. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and relaxed.
We chose to have both breakfast and dinner in our room, though meals can also be taken in the communal dining area. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, and the team was happy to accommodate some food restrictions.
The rooms do not have private showers, but the property features four private onsens, each with its own unique character, where you can enjoy a soothing volcanic hot bath followed by a shower in complete privacy. The rooms themselves are spacious, and designed for relaxation, sleeping on comfortable futons that are set up by the team after dinner.
With Mt. Aso and the surrounding parks just a short drive away, this is the perfect base for exploring nature, slowing down and recharging.

自駕到達已有員工在standby ，幫手拿行李入大廳，welcome drink 是日本波子汽水，正，員工有善，三份一員工會用英語同你溝通，私人家庭溫泉需要預約每節50 分鐘，三間室內，只有一間室外，溫泉♨️不大但已滿足，全店滿滿熊本熊陪伴你，由於不是有溫泉街可以逛街，每晚6-7 點有表演者在吹笛表演，相當高水準👍
