It is really dirty. It is unpleasant.
The hair dryer did not work, and I received no response when I contacted them.
The air conditioner has never been cleaned, and the bedroom is very dirty. The mattress and bedding are extremely dirty.
Both the washing machine and laundry detergent have a lot of mold.
