Spacious and quiet room, hotel is close to main train station.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and the location was convenient, close to Korakuen. The bread at the front desk was delicious! The only minor issue was that they didn't proactively provide fresh towels for changing, which was a bit different from other hotels I've stayed at.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it's cheap. Firstly, the soundproofing is terrible. Secondly, the facilities are ancient. Thirdly, the service is awful. And finally, they don't offer luggage storage here. You have to pay for it, and it's handled by a separate management company, not the hotel itself. It's really expensive, 500 JPY more per day than JR Okayama Station. The most disgusting thing is how they grovel and use honorifics with Japanese guests. When I asked for nail clippers, they said they didn't have any, even though they clearly did; they were just too lazy to get them. I gave them a piece of my mind in Japanese, and they quickly shaped up. They obviously thought I didn't speak Japanese. It's truly laughable; they really think too highly of themselves.

The hotel's front desk staff had a good service attitude, and it's very close to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden. However, during my stay, the air conditioning was under maintenance. Every time I manually turned on the heat, it would automatically shut off after about a minute, requiring me to manually restart it again. This led to me waking up cold in the morning. 😢

A little far away from the station but you have a tram stop really close. Comfortable beds, small bathroom, rooms bigger than average japanese rooms and a Lawson in the front building.

Might be the worst hotel i've been to in Japan in terms of cleanliness and soundproofing (latter is actually non existent - you'll hear people talking and watching TV) - but the price was close to being free and location is extremely convenient. I won't chose this hotel next time, but if you sleep well and need a place to crush for a night - it's ok

A little quiet and eateries are some distance away. Good thing is train station is within walking distance along overhead pedestrian walkway.

Location was great as it was a short tram ride away from Okayama Station. It was also short walk away to attractions like Okayama Castle and Korakuen which was fantastic. The room is comfortable enough for two but the water taps in the bathroom are separate, and will need to turn both to adjust to the temperature you wanted. But for the price, no complaints.

Location is not fantastic. Staff especially the Japanese staff are not helpful. The non-Japanese staff are kind to help but seniority not there, had to obey the Japanese senior.

A very comfortable hotel, the room was clean, there was everything I needed. The employees are understanding and helpful.

Excellent hotel for its price. The hotel is well located. Near the castle and the park. The room is small, but clean and cozy. The staff is friendly. In the lobby you can drink free coffee and in the morning buy delicious and fresh pastries for breakfast.
