I prepaid for a two queen bed suite and there weren't any available when we checked in. I had TWICE told the hotel we would be checking in late, another reason this should not have been an issue. However, the hotel apparently assigned rooms "out of order," or so I was told. I don't understand how this happened and I was NOT happy. Ended up in a king suite but it only had 1 bed and my daughter had to sleep on the VERY uncomfortable sofabed, which had a hairpin and gum on it. Gross. It also wasn't good because we were there for her to participate in a sports competition. Very disappointing. Will stay somewhere else if every in the area again and may very likely avoid Best Westerns in general.

The carpet on the 2nd floor was really dirty. The trash that was there on Friday night was still there on Sunday at checkout. The exercise room really needed attention. The mirror in the exercise room was really dirty, there were no towels, one of the machines was broken, and the elliptical that I was using was having a lot of trouble and making a lot of noise; sounded like it would break soon. We stay here a lot and I really like the pool area and indoor plants, and the staff is helpful, but I hope it will be cleaner next time.

Bathrub drain leaked. Heater did not work properly, room was cold. Fawcet in bathroom leaked, drain under sink leaked, only one comfortable chair in a room for 2. No daily room cleaning. Poor and uncomfortable accomodations

Everything was convenient. Even to the point that restaurants were within walking distance. This is our second time staying at this hotel and it was just as nice as the first time.

Quiet safe neighborhood,close to restaurants and gas stations and highway. Quiet room. Comfy beds. Good tv channel selection. Helpful front desk staff. Free, easy larking.

Older property in need of update, and the linens could have been better/cleaner. However the pool, breakfast, and jet tub in our room were great. Would easily stay here again and recommend.
