I made a reservation four weeks in advance for a queen bed disability accessible non smoker room. Upon arrival I was told that they only had a second floor non smoking room available or a first floor smokers room. These were not what I reserved. What good is it to make a reservation and give them your credit card information if they do not hold your room as reserved.

To be honest, this is probably the first hotel I have been in this location where the rules did which I understand but the customer service is awesome very friendly, very homelike atmosphere. If I stay anywhere in this area again, it will be this hotel they got a really hard workers that really try their hardest to treat everybody like family.

Place is so filthy. Smells of smoke. Large roaches crawling the dirty stained bathroom. Beyond awful. Leaving and sleeping in my car at a travel stop instead.

All in all good value hotel for the price but would be nice if they had microwave and fridge in every room, stayed in 3 rooms over the course of a month and first and 3rd room had neither a fridge nor a microwave

First room they gave me had no working light. Stains on the wall, dead bugs on the floor (using flashlight). Second room had blood and pee stains on both beds, dead bugs. I left and stayed at different hotel. Have pictures as proof

Room was neat, clean, and recently remodeled. The parking lot was well lit. Price was great for what we got. And, a special shout out to the manager, Kenny, who went above and beyond. My friend left the side door of his van open when we went out in my car, Kenny shut and locked it, and was still walking the property 3 hours later when we got back to the room. The only improvement would be to put coffee makers in the rooms.

The bed is not cleaned at all, I can see left over and ** hairs in the bed.
I have to sleep on my own towel and covered with extra clothes on the chair.
