Amazing courteous staff, that are always helpful and go above and beyond. Amazing restaurant at Perla Mesta, I was able to eat here twice. Everything on their menu is amazing.

The water bottle is not free unless you are a Hilton member, which is quite disappointing. Would be better if there is a fridge in the room.

Waited 30 min for someone to show up at the front desk. Someone kept saying that someone would be right out but we waited and waited. Disappointing after a very long flight. Hotel ran out of water bottles, how do you run out of water? Go to the store and buy some, you’re a hotel!!! There’s no stores around the hotel, got a cup of water from Starbucks across the street.
