Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel

Parking is around the corner in a public parking garage. You have to pay extra for parking (I think it was $10/day). Pool was cold so I didn't use it. On site food options were limited but nice and convenient to have a coffee shop in the lobby and coffee was good. Gym was also fully equipped and clean. Overall a good stay

My husband and I were taking a cross country road trip and decided to stay based on other reviews. The staff was great from the moment we walked in. Check in was easy and the room looked clean. I would stay here again if we are ever back in Oklahoma.

They had just opened the pool, but since it was outside and not a heated pool, we could not use it. The patio venue is only ok for people who enjoy consuming alcohol to use as that is what it was filled with and the Aria was more of a bar with a VERY limited menu. The food was good though, just VERY VERY limited. The breakfast buffet was standard fare for a hotel, nothing special but the servers were awesome! BEWARE THOUGH that you have to ask about the semi-validated parking passes (they cost $10/car/day) or they will not tell you and you will be charged by the hour. Also, if you like a firm, or even semi-firm pillow, bring your own. The pillows are extreme soft and offer very little neck support at all unless you bunch them up.

This is the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location, the room itself, the food options in and around the hotel, and the parking.

From the check in front desk staff to the restaurant servers, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel had good hot and cold breakfast selection. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Reasonable rate for the location. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked smal, anyway. Nice facility, friendly staff. Nice to have parking on site. We were able to walk anywhere we needed.

Where to start i booked this room as it was the last available for how close i wanted to be to the okc marathon. It is the perfect location. The room was very nice lots of space and clean. Only issue was bed size was two full size beds but like i said only available room. I knew they were full sized before i purchased i just dont understand why even have full sized beds. When first checked the guy looked overwhelmed didnt talk or say anything to us about anything. So the following morning i went down to get some coffee and talk to someone. The lady there was so helpful with all my questions about parking and the reason there was no pool. Really made up for the lack of help yesterday. They had complementary water bottles and bananas on race day which i thought was really kind. There was alot of places to hangout in the lobby while wait for ur party or ride or whatever. I really enjoyed my stay here will be staying again i just will be paying attention to bed size next time.
